The Viñedo de los Vientos property has been in the Fallabrino family since 1947.
Today the old vines have been replaced with virus free plants imported from France and South Africa.
The varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Trebbiano, Tannat, Gewürztraminer and Chardonnay have been planted in these last 18 years and has gradually transformed the vineyards into a world class viticultural property.

Viñedo de los Vientos translates into Vineyard of the Winds, is located where the River Plate estuary, the largest in the world and the Atlantic Ocean meets, which provides clean cool ocean breezes and provides the ideal climate for the maturation of fine wine grapes.
We practice a minimal intervensionist viticulture, respecting the enviromment and the wild life.

With the aim in produced great unique wines in small quantities, in March 1998 the installation of an ultra modern winery was completed.
Stainless steel tanks, pneumatic presses, automatic temperature control and new french oak barrels are some of the tools we have.
Despite those modern tools we like to make wine using forgotten or less-known old winemaking techniques.
We love to do blends,not varietals, even blending grapes or must before or during the fermentation to achieve the most uniques flavors and aromas
